I think it would be fair to say that I have an oversupply of buttons – it must be hereditary as my grandmother was the same, she even worked for Beutron).
So here’s a nifty way to play with your buttons and turn them into a cute embellishment – ready to use in scrapping or cardmaking.
Step One:
Assemble your tools and papers – you need a whole heaps of buttons, some glue (I used a hot glue gun), some paper scraps and a circle punch (although you could cut out a circle using a template).

Step Two:
Punch out a circle from your scrap paper or card. Ink the edges if you’s like that look.

Step Three:
Layer your circle with a buttono in the centre, then surround it with more buttons in a circle, filling in all the spaces as closely as you can.

Step Four:
Use your button Trees as embies on a card front (as seen below) or as cute embies on your scrapbook page!

Stumble It!

OOOOhhhhh, I love this. Thank you I can’t wait to give it a try.
Hi Sarah, I just love your tree/button embies, they are really neat (and I have lots of buttons) to give it a try, thanks
